Food blogger, journalist, high jump world champion. I’m nothing of the sort.
I am only a normal guy who loves to run, feed himself in the right way, read and share his experiences with those who have the same passions.
I’ve studied a lot of things, and I’ve applied them to see what fit best.
In my life I’ve practiced every conceivable sport (karate, kung fu, skating, hockey, horseback riding, table tennis, athletics …) sometimes achieving excellent results (yes, I won more than twenty karate competitions, always reaching the first position , and four table tennis tournaments, being chosen in high schools to join a professional team), but the race has always played a role of primary importance.

I’ve studied by myself human nutrition, I did a master’s degree thesis about it, I’ve tried every kind of diet from paleo diet to vegan, to come to the conclusion that there is no a perfect diet, but everyone knows what it is better for himself.

BUT WHY THIS NAME?
Chicken is considered as one of the primary protein sources for every athlete. Not that I eat it every day, but it is certainly a very protein food.
And the paprika? Well, I find that the best condiment for chicken is this spice, antibacterial, antioxidant and rich in vitamins.
Once, here in Italy, I heard this expression in the gym, and from here I got the idea: always paprika on chicken.
And then, have you ever tried paprika on chicken? 🙂

If you want to follow my blog, have a private coach or simply you don’t know how to spend your afternoons and want to waste your time on my blog, sit back and have fun.
If instead of staying indoors you go out to run, much better.
